I can confirm it isn't a system conflict. (Although that seems to be the stock standard answer from Microsoft to run the System File Checker, in all the years since Windows NT, I have never found it to be a system conflict.) If system conflict were that prevalent, Microsoft should have made SFC part of its default troubleshooting diagnostics.

The point is the audio drivers and both back-end ports to the speaker and front-end ports for the headsets worked perfectly in Windows 8.1 (x64) prior to the installation and stopped working after the upgrade to Windows 10.

Although it says it has the latest driver available, downloading the latest VIA HD Audio driver (even though it is the same) does help solve the audio problem for the Speaker (VIA HD Audio) that is until you try and use your front-audio ports on the computer for the Headsets. With some tinkering in the Playback Settings I was able to get both Speaker and Headset to play sound at the same time (which proves the front-ports work) but defeats the purpose as the point of headsets is to not bother others in the room, otherwise we would simply use the speakers in the first place.

So the point is there needs to be request made to VIA Technologies to update their driver to properly support Windows 10 (the latest driver is a couple years old) to be able to support properly the front-port and back-port audio as it did work correctly in Windows 8.1. They had a year to get ready with new drivers or extensive testing of their existing drivers to make sure they would work and they didn't. I am sure VIA Technologies would be more responsive if the request came from Microsoft.
