If you have performed a refresh on the computer, the apps that came with your PC or you installed from Windows Store will be reinstalled, but any apps that you installed from other websites and DVDs will be removed. CyberLink YouCam Review CiberLink YouCam 3 is an app that allows you to add fun and unique special effects to your webcam conversation or usual video recordings. The program allows you to wear dozens of different virtual masks and add backgrounds and fun screen borders. YouCam's desktop recording feature delivers better performance and higher frame rate video than ever before. You can capture the area around the mouse pointer, select a specific region to capture, or capture the desktop full screen.
